Rupeksa JSC Services include but are not limited to:

• Pre-employment interview, aimed to verify seafarer's experience, competency and fitness.
• Checking seafarer's qualification and sea-service which is cross-checked with previous employers.
• Seafarer's professional attitude, his behavior, his character and personality.
• Checking up validity and authenticity of seafarer's certificates in compliance with STCW '78/95 CODE, IMO requirements and ISM CODE.
• Testing the English language including Marlin’s test.
• Medical examination including drug and alcohol tests by Lithuanian Seafarer’s Hospital and other local and internationally approved Medical Authorities.  

Additionally we will make pre-travel arrangements as soon as a seafarer is accepted for employment by the Client:

• Booking flight tickets worldwide through local travel agent.
• Booking bus, railway, ferry and car transfers within Lithuania and other EU countries.
• Flag State License documents for seafarers depending on the flag of the vessel.
• Visa arrangements.
• Supply with the working clothes and safety shoes.
• Verification of certificates and licenses with Lithuanian Safety Marine Administration.
• Booking accommodation if required.
