Rupeksa JSC is a dynamic marine recruitment agency providing professional seagoing personnel of all ranks. The company is fully licensed by Lithuanian Safety Marine Administration for supplying seafarers to foreign companies. The office is located in Klaipeda, the main sea port of Lithuania.

 

Rupeksa JSC was established in 1997. After a request by Danish ship owners Terkol Rederierne AS in Aarhus for a riding squad. From the first Lithuanian riding squad provided to Terkol Rederierne, Rupeksa has grown into an international crewing agency. 

 

Rupeksa JSC is staffed by well-qualified and experienced self motivated personnel committed to upholding standards and Client’s needs to ensure positions are filled quickly and professionally.

 

Rupeksa JSC has excellent relationships with Klaipeda Maritime College and training centers preparing seafarers for the maritime industry.

Rupeksa JSC is a member of Lithuanian Crewing Agencies Association.
