Rupeksa JSC is a professional recruitment and employment agency, based in Klaipeda, on the Baltic coast, the main port of Lithuania.
Rupeksa JSC was established in 1997 as ship's husbanding agency representing Pan Ocean Shipping Co. Ltd, South Korea.
Rupeksa JSC was founded after a request by Danish shipowners Terkol Rederierne of Aarhus for a riding squad, in the autumn of 1991. From the first Lithuanian riding squad provided to Terkol, Rupeksa has grown into an international crewing agency.
